The capacity building for members will be focused on the identified thematic focus areas to cover donor and effective community engagement, Negotiation/diplomacy, lobbying and Advocacy, climate change amongst other aspects of effective program implementation.

CAK will endeavor to enhance the capacity of other stakeholders to engage more effectively on conservation issues. Such key stakeholders include the following; Government and State agencies; Security organs and personnel; Judiciary and legal profession; Legislators and policy makers; Professional bodies; Media fraternity; Communities and the General public.

–    Assess and document the impact of climate change on the environment & wildlife

–    develop mitigation and adaptation measures on conservation

–    youth & gender mainstreaming

–    Country position & policy briefs
